Mark Wahlberg is now doing 2 am workouts in new video: ‘Get a head start’

It’s no secret that Mark Wahlberg is a dedicated early bird.

But the actor, entrepreneur and father of four has recently redefined what it means to rise early.

In a new Instagram video, Wahlberg revealed his workout routine, which now starts at the same time others are going to bed.

“My week starts on Sunday🙏2 am 🥶,” he posted July 21.

His fitness regime is not for the weak.

“I get up, I get on my hands and knees, I start my prayer, get that water, I get down to the gym,” he said in a July 23 Instagram post. “That’s a must, that’s happening every single day.”

“No more excuses,” he added.

Fans praised his dedication, with one user commenting, “Putting in that work in the place to be.. certainly inspiring, nothing better than getting it in early,” on a video he posted from the gym July 22.

“Such an inspiration 💪,” another user commented.

Wahlberg ensures he’s working every muscle in the gym. His recent Instagram videos showed him trying out the following different moves.

For those who know him, this new wake-up call comes as no surprise. Back in 2018, Wahlberg famously shared his daily schedule on Instagram, showcasing a day that included a workout, breakfast and a round of golf all before 8 a.m.

While his schedule is only getting busier as he films for his new movie “Balls Up,” one thing’s for certain, Wahlberg will always find time to get a workout in, even if that mean’s hitting the gym at 2 a.m.
