Klutch Sports Says ‘Klutch Cannabis’ Infringes Agency Trademark

Klutch Sports Group LLC accused Klutch Cannabis of free-riding on the goodwill of the talent agency’s brand in a trademark suit in Ohio federal court.

ATCPC of Ohio LLC, which does business as Klutch Cannabis, mimics the agency’s “Klutch” brand as well as fonts and colors it commonly uses, the Monday complaint in the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio said.
