A 52-year-old woman who boasts rock-hard abs has revealed her five-step workout routine that helps her stay in shape.
Dani Maron, who is based in the US, frequently showcases her toned physique online to her thousands of TikTok followers as she attempts to teach others to embrace aging.
Most recently, the fitness fanatic took to the video-sharing platform to detail how she maintains her washboard abs.
Dani showed viewers her simple yet effective at-home workout routine that will get you a six-pack in no time.

She showed viewers her five-step ab routine, which consisted of floor and bicycle crunches
Showing no signs of slowing down, Dani then launched into an ‘ab wheel rollout,’ which she admitted was ‘hard’

Dani captioned the clip: ‘I hate doing abs. But we have to do it, no exceptions!!’
It began as she stood in front of a full-length mirror in a green sports bra and brown biker shorts before taking to her yoga mat to show off her routine.
The 52-year-old’s first go-to exercise was 20 floor crunches.
She laid on her back with her feet hip-width apart and her hands interlaced behind her head.
Dani then repeatedly crunched her torso upward until her shoulder blades were no longer touching the floor before gradually lowering her body back down.
Next, she tackled reverse crunches. Still laying on her back, this time she kept her torso flat to the ground as she contracted her abs to draw her legs toward her chest.
The exercise expert then went into 20 bicycle crunches which require some level of coordination.
She laid flat once again before raising her legs off the floor and beginning a bicycle motion before then also rotating her torso to touch her elbow to the opposite knee as it came towards her.
And, as if that wasn’t enough, the exercise lover finished off her workout with a one-minute plank
