In one video, the TikTok user explains just how easy it can be to prepare meals by showing a time lapse of her preparing five dinners for the coming weeks.

“I get it, it sounds too good to be true but I promise it’s not. We write all of the recipes to be prepped ahead in about ten minutes or less,” the TikToker said.

“I’ve been using this system for over ten years and I’ve got my prep down to about 30 minutes, sometimes even 20 minutes to prep all five dinners.”

The TikToker explains that nothing is cooked during this time, it is simply prepped to be ready for cooking the moment it’s needed.

“It’s not like those meal prep systems where you prep 20 of the same dish and you eat the same thing every day – this is five different dinners.”

The TikToker also explains that unlike other meal prep solutions, her recipes don’t require a slow cooker for all the recipes.

By the end of the clip, the TikToker has five prepped meals stored in air-tight containers ready for cooking.

“We have been doing this since last July. We don’t miss a week and with baseball season for our teens, it is a life saver and a huge money saver too,” one commenter wrote.

“I need to do this,” another commenter added.

“HOW???” a third amazed commenter said.
