No Exercise, No Running – But Hero Lost Weight

Handsome hero R. Madhavan has stunned fans with his remarkable physical transformation during his 2022 film Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.

The actor, who played the lead role of renowned ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan, underwent a dramatic weight gain and loss regimen to portray the character throughout different stages of his life authentically.

To accurately depict the scientist’s appearance in his younger days, Madhavan had to pack on significant weight and he ate cake for three months to rapidly gain 96 kg.

And then, he lost a huge chunk of weight in just 21 days, without resorting to intense fasting, exercise, or any drastic measures. Madhavan credited his rapid weight loss to a combination of intermittent fasting, mindful chewing, and a diet focused on easily metabolized whole foods.

After his revelation in an interview about his weight-loss secret, many questioned him if that was really true. He then tweeted about the same and revealed about his total food intake, sleep times and others.

Well, it’s okay to try as that worked for Madhavan, but then, each body will respond differently to all of these weight-loss ideas, so be careful in case if you want to try it.
