Sinless Sweets gluten-free, vegan bakery to close storefront

Sinless Sweets, a gluten-free and vegan bakery/bistro, is closing its Sioux Falls storefront this month after being open less than a year.

According to a Facebook post, a large amount of online and custom orders meant it no longer made financial sense to keep the physical store open.

Owner Maggy Pickner started her business online in fall 2021 and opened the storefront last September. According to the post, she plans to get involved with more farmers markets and keep holding popup shops, so customers can pick up their favorite goods.

The last day for the brick and mortar store is July 14.

“This isn’t goodbye, just a new path, as we bring our business back into our home and focus on creating beautiful, custom orders for all your special occasions!” the post reads.

Customers can order online anytime and find Sinless Sweets goods at the Falls Park Farmers Market from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday through October.
